First you picked an excellent subject for a shot like this. The overall sharpness and contrast bring out the detail and also emphasize the subject.

The apparent depth of field also gives a static subject quite a bit of life and character.

The fine points that make a difference, the bottom right element is a distraction and I would rather see a minor crop at the sacrifice of the reflection in the metal. It actually would have been a hard call if the reflection had been symmetrical in proportion, but since there is partial cut-off of the reflection - no question in my eyes that bottom needs a minor crop.

The overall tonality/contrast are excellent and maybe a slight burn and dodge would serve to accent, but not necessary. It would add some to the subject but overall the lighting is very good.

Very good composition of an unusual subject and only one minor distraction.

Though this is a great shot, with the subject crisp and clean - I was struck by an impression that it could be better with a bit more contrast. I love the way you center in on unique details in your photos, and know you usually have fantastic lighting available in your geographic location. Though it looks like you may have had to shoot on a grey day this time, I am betting with a little tweaking to the light levels, this shot could be much improved. You might also consider "burning in" the background to deepen the impact of your subject, though not to the point of a vignette. :blowkiss:
